Well, this is my first time at blogging, so be gentle, okay. We had a lot of fun in October, but are wondering where it went. I am now 37 and Trenton is a whopping 7 years old, can you beleive it? He's just huge too. He had a great birthday, hopefully I can figure out how to post some of those pictures. He wanted an army guy party. For those of you that are unaware, Trenton is dedicated to being a Marine when he grows up. Anyway, we made marshmallow guns at his party, they were a huge hit.

We went Trick or Treating of course on Halloween. Trenton was an army guy (what else), Britney was a Mummy - I thought her white hair added really well to the costume, and I was a clown. Steve could hardly even look at me while I was in costume. When I took of the orange wig, he finally gave me a kiss. Apparently he has something against redheads - hope that's not offensive to anyone. Of course once you see the picture of me, you might actually have a greater understanding of his dislike of the clown.

We are doing great! Parent, Teacher conferences are this week. I'll just brag right here. Britney got almost straight 4's (4's are the highest they go) on her report card and Trenton got all 3's and 4's. They are doing so good and we are really proud of them. Britney's favorite subjects are reading and math. Trenton's favorite subjects are of course recess and lunch. Boy that kid can eat.

We had them make out their Christmas lists the other day. Britney wants a baby sister and Trenton wants a baby brother. The difference between boys and girls amazes me. Trenton's list was well......a list. Britney's on the other hand, was a list with an explanation by almost every item as to why she would like it or how disappointed or not disappointed she would be without it. Oh my gosh, its halarious. For example, she writes: puppy, but if you can not get one, I don't really care.

Anyway, hope the holiday season finds everyone well. Have a great week!
